Objectives of the project are as follows:

• Renovation of the reservoir (the area: 8,64 ha)
• Formation of three ponds (area: 1,25 ha) in already existing hollow of the old river Liwca bed
• Creating of 11 hydrotechnic constructions
• Building of a walking/bicycle path (length: 2,36 km)
• Building and arranging of 2 playgrounds
• Building of 6 sports fields (basketball, volleyball, badminton)
• Building of 2 piers
• Arranging of 10 fishing sites
• Demarcation of 2 picnic sites
• Car park modernization
• Building of 2 new car parks
• Renovation of the water sports equipment repository
